Workations
You don't pause work. You change the environment in which you do it.
A Workation is not a retreat with a laptop. The retreat takes you out of your business to examine it. The workation puts you inside your work — focused, deep, uninterrupted — but in an environment alongside a peer group that changes the quality of that work.
You arrive with deliverables that actually matter: a strategy document that needs finishing, a financial model that needs stress-testing, a pitch that has been sitting half-done for six weeks. You leave having done the work. And having had conversations with the people working alongside you that make it better than it would have been alone.
