Upcoming Retreat Turkey | 30th July - 1st August · Apply For Invitation Now →

A standing invitation into a room of peers as invested in your success as you are.

Community is a vetted, curated circle of founders and executives who have moved past the networking stage and are looking for genuine sounding boards. No exclusive Slacks that become spam. Just a small, serious group of people who share what is actually hard and help each other move forward.

What you get

What membership enables.

Peer Intelligence

  • Sit in a curated 5–8 person peer circle that meets monthly — same people, matched by business stage, industry, and what you're actually solving. Real trust builds over time, not over a single dinner.
  • Bring your real strategic problems to a monthly 90-minute peer advisory session — hot-seat format, structured, accountable.
  • Access the network's collective intelligence on the decisions that matter: market entry, organizational design, capital strategy, talent.
  • Get honest peer challenge from people who have no incentive to tell you what you want to hear.

Experiences and Access

  • Attend any experience with priority registration.
  • Receive a reserved seat at the Annual Summit before public applications open.
  • Join community-organized city meetups when passing through a member city.
  • Co-create future programming and retreat themes with the core team.

Support and Resources

  • Work with a professional executive coach for the decisions that sit between strategy and psychology.
  • Access a therapist for the personal dimension of the work — because how you are affects how you lead.
  • Attend live sessions with curated practitioners — people doing serious work, not professional speakers.
  • Access the full archive: recordings, frameworks, and working documents from every edition.

Network and Platform

  • Build a verified profile in the member directory — the network's internal reference for who to call.
  • Be featured in Nafa media as a practitioner building with purpose: podcast, essays, case studies.
  • Participate in working groups that form organically around shared challenges and shared markets.
  • Join a network designed to compound — the more serious work members do together, the more valuable the room becomes.

Peers

Eight peers per circle. All MENA. All operating.

A taste of the kind of leaders we curate around. Members are matched into 8-person circles on stage, sector, and life chapter.

In their own words

Reflections from past cohorts.

  • There's something beautiful about meeting someone in business who tells you how they can help you — that's an environment you don't always find. Words on a rollup banner like "authentic" and "deep connection" are nice, but they can be exaggerated and over-promising. What I found is that these things actually happen. I'm amazed and impressed, and I see ReSET as a great place for building these relationships and reconnecting with yourself and others.

    Abdelrahman Barakat

    Founder · Brands and More

  • I've learned not to raise my expectations too high. Before joining I did my due diligence and spoke to people who'd been through ReSET before me, and they encouraged me to come. The decision to join was one of the fastest I've made in my life, given the transitional phase I'm in professionally. What I found exceeded my expectations — I genuinely learned something different from every person who was there. The relationships and the participants' experiences are a real treasure I came away with.

    Abdulrahman Joud

    Co-Founder & CEO · Emtethal

  • I expected one thing and got the opposite. I anticipated a huge attendance — I'm used to going to public events with hundreds of people. The organizers told me ReSET was exclusive, limited to a curated group. What I found was that the experience focused on qualitative quality. It's a completely different kind of experience from public events — in depth, in impact, in quality. I hope to take part again.

    AbdelMalek ElBarrawy

    CEO · SOLV FAST

  • I heard about ReSET on LinkedIn, went to the site, and signed up. Excellent experience. The group was open-minded, accepting of different ideas; every conversation was rich and every person enriched my thinking differently. It felt like people had known each other for years — like one family — even though we were meeting for the first time. There was ease from the very first moments, no pretense, no posturing. One of the most important things I'm taking back to Saudi is the relationships I built here. If you ask me "would you do it again?" I'd say yes — many times over.

    Abdullah AlJurf

VP of Talent Development · MUATHIRUN

  • The number of people here and their diversity is heartwarming. People coming from around the world to the same place, sharing the challenges and difficulties they face. It helps the entrepreneurs see things from a different perspective and helps them scale their businesses across borders. Personally, I'll be reaching out to participants to collaborate on joint projects across several countries.

    Abdulla Al-Naimi

Managing Director · Doha Business Consulting DBC

  • It was an inspiring experience. An elite group of business leaders and entrepreneurs from different sectors, sharing their experiences and expertise in an atmosphere ideal for stepping outside the pressures of work — and perhaps burnout — and entering into a concept of holistic wellness: physical, financial, mental, spiritual. The goal is to reach a high quality of life in the broadest sense. We're looking forward to the programs being launched in Saudi Arabia soon.

    Adnan Almadi

    Co-founder & CEO · Tadawi Health Care

  • The experience exceeded my expectations because of the caliber of people being selected — this isn't open to just anyone. Your perspective expands not only in business but in your personal life too. I saw different patterns from people's experiences with real depth. Every person was thinking about how to learn from the others, and how to help and support them. One of the things I came away with is the importance of building a supportive community I can turn to safely when I face any challenge. I encourage people to join this experience.

    Emad Saif

    Founder and CEO · Playtactic

  • I travel from country to country just to meet exceptional people in their fields — strong, trustworthy people, because they're a rare currency these days. What I found here is real treasure, like gold — exceptional people, each in a different field. The experience was distinctive on multiple levels: professional, psychological, cultural, personal, physical. I was fully present in the experience — living every moment, fully and intentionally and aware. I learned a lot about myself and gained clarity on many decisions. The experience exceeded my expectations in depth and impact.

    Husam Shebib

    Founder · MenaReach

  • The idea is beautiful, and what makes it special is bringing business leaders from different parts of the Arab world and different sectors into one place to share both their ambitions and their challenges. I laughed when I realized the struggles we face as entrepreneurs are shared challenges across all of us. Seeking advice and perspective from each other despite our different backgrounds is one of the most important things you come away with.

    Khaled Al-Adba

Founder & CEO · Rowwad Advisory

  • Before the experience I expected some benefits, particularly on the practical side. But the breadth of impact touched many personal spaces, and the results were far bigger than I imagined. I now see things more expansively through other people's experiences. Today I have exceptional people whose experience I learned from, and with whom I've shared my own.

    Mazen El Aridi

Co-founder and Business Development Manager · SolvFast

  • A really excellent experience — I met outstanding people from every sector and nationality. Experiences like this are very important for entrepreneurs: networking, sharing different expertise. You can rely on experiences like this to grow your company maybe 30% faster, because you meet specialists and investors through them. The real gain here is the expertise and the relationships you build quickly.

Honest framing

Who this is not for.

Membership is not for everyone — and being specific about that is what makes the room worth being in.

  • If your primary goal is generating leads, building a pipeline, or finding clients: this is the wrong room. Our no-solicitation norm is the architecture of the network, not a suggestion.
  • If you want passive access to content, recordings, or resources without showing up: there are better platforms at lower prices.
  • If you are not willing to be honest about what is actually happening in your business — with yourself or with your peers: the vetting process will surface that, and we will save both of us the time.

The process

How vetting works.

  1. 1

    Apply.

Tell us what you're building and why you need a . About 10 minutes. Reflective questions, not a resume exercise.

  2. 2

    We review every application.

No AI screening, no algorithms. A person reads it — usually Yahya or a member of the core team.

  3. 3

    A conversation if aligned.

A 15-minute call. Not an interview. A conversation to confirm the match and the timing.

  4. 4

    The decision.

You're in — or we'll tell you honestly why it's not the right fit yet, and what we'd suggest instead.

Cohorts are kept intentionally small because size is the enemy of depth.
